Judicial management, filing of lawsuit and follow-up of the whole process until the total or partial recovery of debt/asset adjudication.

Remuneration

Depending on the nature of the client and the assigned portfolio.
The standard proposal is a fixed amount per assigned file/judicial management and a percentage of the recovered amounts.
The amounts vary depending on the amount, time of recovery or other variables.

Case tracking and monitoring

We use our own monitoring platform and periodic reports are issued, or we feed the client's information platform.
